May 1st, 7:00 PM at St. Lawrence University's Student Center: Fair Trade Fashion Show, part of the Human Rights Awareness Week. Some 15 students will model beautiful clothes from our store - such as organic cotton fair trade apparel by Maggie's and Raam Raj - and from Asian World Imports as well. Clothing will be available for purchase at the show.
May 7th, 6:00 PM to 8:45 PM: Suzan McDermott will be available for appointments in Reiki and/or Full Spectrum Energy work at 6:00 and 7:30 PM. She had a fabulous Intro to Reiki class on April 23rd, and we look forward to another one soon.
May 7th - all day: This is the one-year anniversary of Viki's buying the store from Nate! Come in to celebrate by receiving discounts and samples.
May 10th, Noon to 4:30 PM: Suzan McDermott will return to offer Saturday afternoon sessions of Reiki and Full Spectrum Energy work.

Brenda Kuiken was the winner of our $65 gift card from the drawing at the Northeast Sustainable Energy Fair, and Meg Bain was the winner of the 198-LED light saber from Steve Spence and Green-Trust.org. Thank you to all who visited our table at the Energy Fair!
On Earth Day, April 22, Our Greener Home participated in St. Lawrence Central School's first ever Earth Fair. Students from grades 6 to 12 enjoyed seeing a variety of displays, and one teacher and three students won science kits from our store!
The Downtown Wellness Center is coming along. We still need to prime and paint the Practitioner's Room, add wardrobe hooks, and put down natural area rugs. Outside the room will be a waiting area and self-serve lending library, plus reference books on drug-free therapies. A calendar showing which practitioners will be here on particular days will also be posted.
